Pre Paid Legal Services Scam
By Steve Jankowski
Pre-Paid Legal is a company that has been around for many years. It is a public company that markets primarily through network or multi-level marketing. Members pay a monthly membership fee in addition to a sign up fee. Membership gives you access to an attorney that participates in the prepaid network.
There are many people that make a very significant income marketing this business. Unfortunately, if you do a quick search online, you will also fine a number of people that say that their experiences amounted to a Pre Paid Legal Services Scam. Pre paid legal is not a scam.
It is a sad fact that most people that start home businesses fail. Many of these people then look at the business opportunity that they had embarked on as a scam or rip-off. Pre-Paid is not a scam. You can make a fabulous income with it...if you work it hard enough and have the ability to bring many people into it through your network.
However, selling pre-paid legal is, in my opinion, kind of like selling prepaid dental services or burial plots. You are selling potential pain alleviation. I would much rather market something that people can get excited about! There are many network marketing or direct selling products available that are much more positive in nature and they are, therefore, much easier to sell.
If, for instance, you sell a product that people need and like, you are much more likely to have members under you in that organization that will stay with the program for much longer. Since the main goal of anyone that joins a home business opportunity is to make money, it should be a significant requirement that people really like the product that they are selling.
I do not believe in a pre paid legal services scam, but I do think that there are many better ways to make money in a home business.
Not much getting done in DC Numbers confirm what we already pretty much know: Congress this year isn’t getting much done. The number of bills enacted this year is lower than it has ever been in at least 30 years. If you think Congress should be passing fewer laws, then yo ... How many are enacted? So far this year we’ve had 4,288 bills introduced in the Congress. That puts our congressmen and senators on track for a banner year in terms of number of bills introduced, and probably for fewest bills enacted too. Here’s how the numbers ... If you are looking for a home business, finding a product that excites you should be significant criterion in choosing your home business. If you actually like the products that you are marketing, you will enjoy the business much more, will be more effective in your marketing efforts and will likely make more money.
If you find a product that you like and then decide to embark on a home business, you must realize that every home business does take effort. Most people that fail do so because they quit or do not put enough effort into the business. People that have home businesses that are wildly successful worked very hard to get their business to that point. There is nothing quite like having a successful home business and enjoying the freedom and income that it provides.
